General:
We only supply commercial resellers. All prices in this shop are exclusive of the applicable statutory value-added tax. We always try to deliver on time, but due to the dependence on longer lead times, we cannot give any binding delivery time commitments. Consequently, claims for damages are generally excluded.
We reserve the right to make deviations in color, product and image, as well as possible price changes due to fluctuations in the purchasing markets.
We also reserve the right to errors, "printing errors" or changes for production reasons.
Imported items may vary in color and quality.
All dimensions given in this catalog are considered to be “approximate or approximately”.
Decorations of the items shown in the catalog are for better understanding and are not included in the scope of delivery.
Pricing/delivery basis:
Delivery is free of charge within Germany from a net order value of EUR 400.00 per delivery date and delivery address. Below a net order value of EUR 400.00, we calculate the shipping costs at cost.
New customers:
New customers are generally supplied in advance (4% discount), direct debit (4% discount) or by invoice (10 days, 2% discount) (assuming positive bank information).
When paying by invoice, we grant 30 days net. Our accounting department sends a reminder after 15 days. After 30 days overdue you will receive our 2nd and final reminder. We then hand over the arrears to our debt collection agency. Any costs incurred shall be borne by the customer.
Abroad:
Delivery to the following European countries is free from 1500 euros:
- Austria - Switzerland - Italy
- France - Luxembourg - Belgium
- Netherlands - Denmark - Poland
- Czech Republic - Slovakia - Hungary
Below an order value of EUR 1500, we calculate freight costs based on actual expenditure and half of this must be paid by the customer.
Delivery to countries not listed takes place on request and according to actual effort. Foreign customers are generally only supplied in advance.
Sample service:
Within 48 hours we will deliver the desired sample to you after telephone clarification. If you order by 12:00 p.m., standard merchandise will be shipped the same day subject to availability.
Samples are always charged for cost reasons and are generally excluded from return. In addition to high picking, packaging and freight costs, sample parts also cause high administration costs. If, in individual cases, the return of samples is accepted on our part, a credit will only be issued in the amount of the value of the goods less 15% handling costs, at least EUR 10.00. Shipping costs will not be credited.
Complaints:
Complaints must be reported within 8 days. In accordance with the principle of the obligation to minimize damage, we do not accept any packages sent to us freight collect. or returned unchecked or processed with significant delays. The costs incurred by us are at your expense.
Before returning or making a complaint, it must always be checked whether the damage can be reduced by individual sale or small repairs.
If possible, we will exchange defective items. Only if this is not possible will we credit the items to your customer account with us. Deduction from the invoice without credit is not permitted. We thank you in advance for your understanding!
If you proceed as described above, you not only make processing easier for us. Complaint processing often takes a lot of time and is usually disproportionate to the value of the goods.
In the event of external damage to the freight, please have the carrier confirm the faulty shipment immediately. The deliverer is obliged to do so. In such a case, please notify us immediately.
Wrong deliveries:
Wrong deliveries caused by us will of course be returned free of charge. Please do not send back freight collect. We will send you Freeway stickers or reimburse you for postage after consultation.
"Incorrect deliveries" caused by the customer (e.g. incorrectly ordered articles, colors, sizes or "don't like it") can be returned within 4 weeks after registration and approval, provided that the goods are in perfect condition. In the event of a return, 15% of the net value of the goods (but at least EUR 10) will be deducted as a "restocking fee". Shipping costs will not be credited.
retention of title:
All goods delivered by us remain our property until all our claims against the customer have been settled in full. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes that arise is the registered office of the seller.
